Founded by Meg Kinnear and Lucinda Low in 2024, LKDR is an international dispute resolution firm focused on international commercial, investment, trade and sanctions cases, as well as dispute prevention and other matters calling for deep expertise, knowledge and thoughtful approaches resolving international disputes. Meg and Lucinda act as dispute neutrals in these cases, whether as presiding, party nominee, or sole member, and whether appointed by a party or an institution.

Meg and Lucinda launched LKDR based on their shared values about dispute resolution. Their vision for LKDR is an “arbitration-plus” boutique firm providing expert and timely service in a thoughtful and professional way.

Meg and Lucinda each have over 40 years of experience practicing international and domestic law. Meg and Lucinda are available individually for appointment by disputing parties or institutions as sole, presiding, or co-arbitrators in international commercial, investment, trade, sanctions and other types of disputes involving individuals, private entities, States and State-owned enterprises, or international organizations. They can also act as mediators, conciliators, panelists and factfinders under party agreements, or as independent monitors.
